It is a proven fact that nature benefits our mental health as it can generate positive emotions like calmness, joy, creativity and increase concentration. This wellness walk will take you out of your stressful environments and outside where you can focus on something different. Throughout an hourly session there will be a wellness walk through one of our beautiful nature reserves and an activity to help you focus on nature. This Time 2 Breathe session will help you notice things outside in nature, and hopefully- once you can focus on these things- quieten the noise and reduce the stress.
