2 x Workouts by Connor McManus
This will be a short and intense workout suitable for all abilities, and it requires no equipment to participate. While there may be certain movements that have the option to be done with equipment, there will always be a non-equipment alternative. The workout will be followed by a 10-minute wind-down, including stretches and breath-work, to bring us back to a calm state and prepare us to tackle the rest of the day. The purpose of this workout is to introduce you to exercising at home and demonstrate how it can be both fun and effective.
